Walt Disney World Nov 2014. It is Abby's senior year in high school, she had a few days off from school so we decided to go to Disney. It was Veteran's Day weekend and the end of the Food and Wine Festival so I think I wasn't the only one to think this was a good time to go..We stayed at the Coronado Springs, which I really enjoy, it is a big resort so there is a lot of walking but the grounds are very beautiful so I didn't mind....
As you can see by the photos our focus this trip was on the food..Actually for me it is always on the food, with over 130 restaurants, how can it not be? This trip we tried Coral Reef, Epcot, Tokyo Dining, Epcot, Boma, Animal Kingdom Lodge, La Hacienda de San Angel, Epcot and Hollywood and Vine, Hollywood Studios..I can't even say what was my favorite..The dessert at the Coral Reef, the warm chocolate melted cake was amazing, but the bread pudding at Boma was to die for....The Sushi at Tokyo dining was great and the views of the lake and watching the people walk by was wonderful...Everything I tried at Boma buffet was so good...and just when we thought that La Hacienda de San Angel might disappoint us, the shrimp tacos with the coconut lime sauce, well I can't stop thinking about it...
