Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.
Payment schedules are set forth by the individual suppliers and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation by the supplier, and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments. All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted by suppliers.

- CHECK-IN - Minimum check-in for domestic flights is 90 minutes and for international flights, 2 hours. BE PREPARED TO PRESENT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. AT TICKET COUNTER.
- RECONFIRMATION - Reconfirm the use and time of flights at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.
REVISIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via mail, fax, or email to Bonnie’s Travel and Tours and will incur any penalties imposed by the travel supplier.
Revision, cancellation, and refund policies vary by supplier. Supplier cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the trip cost. No-shows are nonrefundable. Please inquire about supplier refund policies at the time of booking.
Travel insurance may be purchased, which may cover cancellation for covered reasons as outlined in the insurance policy. Insurance policies vary with differing exclusions (such as pre-existing medical conditions; including pregnancy, work related issues, change of mind, etc.). If you choose not to purchase insurance from Bonnie’s Travel and Tours, you must check no on the information form.
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any and all medical conditions, including pregnancy, which may prevent or interfere with their travel plans.
Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Bonnie’s Travel and Tours cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections relative to air travel and the effect it may have on the land only portion of the package. A fee may be added to air only purchases.
Bonnie’s Travel and Tours and its agents make arrangements with third party vendors for all FIT travel, tours, cruises, and package services. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by such vendors. Neither Bonnie’s Travel and Tours, nor any of its agents, shall be held liable for; and by accepting these documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Bonnie’s Travel and Tours.
Bonnie’s Travel and Tours does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers.
Customer’s initial retention of tickets, reservations, deposit invoices or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent by the customer, on his/her behalf and on the behalf of his/her traveling group to the above. Nothing agreed to herein by the customer is meant to interfere with the customer’s legal rights against any carrier(s) or supplier(s) of services.
